1-1/2 cups of butter pecan cookie crumbs
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 ½ pounds Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 tbsp. Butter extract
5 eggs
16 butter pecan cookies

Heat oven to 350°F.
Line jumbo muffin pan with jumbo disposable liners
Place a cookie in each liner
Combine cookie crumbs, 3 Tbsp. sugar and butter. Set aside
Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar,butter extract,sour cream,vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
Fold in cookie crumbs
Pour over cookie
Bake 30 min. or until center is almost set.
Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.
