Rushion McDonald is a two-time Emmy Award and three-time NAACP Image Award-winning television Executive Producer with a dynamic and multifaceted career. His professional journey spans from working at IBM to headlining comedy clubs as Showtime Network’s “Funniest Comic in America.” He is also an award-winning baker, motivational speaker, social media influencer, and accomplished Hollywood sitcom writer from 1994-1999. Then from 2000 to 2016, he managed the career of Steve Harvey, host of Family Feud and a nationally syndicated radio personality.

In 2017, Rushion launched the Money Making Conversations Master Class podcast in partnership with iHeartMedia. The podcast averages approximately 1.1 million downloads per month and consistently ranks among the top 150 podcasts in the U.S., according to Triton Digital Podcast Rankers. Through in-depth interviews with celebrities, financial experts, entrepreneurs, and influencers, the podcast delivers practical career and marketing advice. It’s not just about celebrating success—it’s about breaking it down into actionable steps that listeners can apply to their own lives.
