3 lbs Ground Beef
4 Eggs
1 & 1/2 C Bread Crumbs
1 & 1/2 C Chili Sauce
1/4 C Worcestershire Sauce
1 Onion Chopped
1 Red Pepper Chopped
1 Green Pepper Chopped
3 Jalapeno Peppers Chopped
4 Cloves Garlic
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Oregano
2 tsp Parsley
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Chili Powder
1 Packet Chili Seasoning
1/2 C Parmesan Cheese

Glaze Ingredients:
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 C Chili Sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire

In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Put meatloaf in 2 round 9 inch cake pans. Make glaze and pour on meatloaf. Bake meatloaf at 350 until done.

Mashed Potato Ingredients:
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 Stick Butter
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Black Pepper
Goya Seasoning

Boil potatoes, and add all the above ingredients

Macaroni & Cheese Ingredients:
Elbow Macaroni
2 Eggs
1/2 C Colby Jack Cheese
1 C Cheddar
2 TBSP Butter
1/4 C Milk
2 oz Cream Cheese

Boil macaroni until done. Drain and combine ingredients above. Bake in one 9 inch round cake pan until done. Assemble cake meatloaf, then macaroni & cheese. Third layer meatloaf. Frost with mashed potatoes. Garnish with broccoli, crumbled bacon & cheddar cheese.
