2 Eggs
6 Slices Bread – break apart
1/2 C Milk
1/2 C Yogurt
1/2 C Sugar
2 Diced Apples
1/4 C Raisins
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions for Bread Pudding:
In a large bowl, whisk together Eggs, Milk, Yogurt, Sugar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, & Vanilla. Stir in Apples and Raisins, then fold in bread. Meanwhile, make Streusel Topping. Put on top of mixture, and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Ingredients for Streusel Topping:
1/2 C Flour
1/2 C Brown Sugar
3 TBSP Melted Butter

Directions for Streusel Topping:
In a small bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar & melted butter. This makes the topping to put on top of bread pudding mixture.

Ingredients for Glaze:
4 oz Cream Cheese Softened
1 C Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla
4 TBSP Butter Softened
1 TBSP Heavy Cream Or Milk

Directions for Glaze:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Drizzle on top of warm Bread Pudding. Garnish with chopped pecans and enjoy.
