The Chef of Love, Chef Jernard Wells, is using his Günter Wilhelm Cookware to whip up a Gorgonzola Crusted New York Strip with a white wine mushroom reduction sauce!  

8oz New York strip
Salt and pepper (season to taste)
1 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tbsp butter
1/4 cup Mesquite Golden Sauce by Haute Cuisine
1/4 cup white wine
1 cup mix of Cremini, Portobello, and Shiitake mushrooms
1 sprig of rosemary
1 tbsp Louisiana Creole seasoning
1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese
