Ingredients for Cake:
2 sticks butter (room temp)
2 tbsp shortening
2 cups sugar
3 cups Swans Down cake flour
4 eggs
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon flavor
1 teaspoon vanilla flavor

• Sift cake flour, baking powder and salt together the DAY BEFORE making the cake.
• Cream butter, shortening and sugar together.
• Add eggs 1 at a time.
• Add flour mixture and milk alternately to batter.
• Bake at 350 degrees in 3, 10 inch or 2, 13×9 pans for 25-30 minutes (toothpick test).

Ingredients for Icing:
2lb bag confectioners sugar
2 packages of cream cheese
2 sticks of butter
1 tsp almond flavor
1 tsp vanilla flavor
HERSHEY’S Cocoa Powder

Directions for Icing:
• Blend cream cheese and butter together until creamy.
• Slowly add sugar and flavorings.
• Add cocoa to your desired chocolate-ness you like.
