1 slice Provolone cheese
1 slice Smoked Gouda cheese
1/3 cup Mozzarella & Cheddar blended
1/4 sweet onion sliced
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp dry mustard
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp Chef Jernard’s All Purpose Seasoning
2 lbs ground beef 80/20
2 slices tomato
1 tbsp black pepper
1 pretzel bun
1 tbsp garlic
4-5 sliced pickles for topping
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp minced parsley
