Ingredients/Directions for Crust:
2 cups crushed Vanilla Wafers
1 TBSP Sugar
3 TBSP Butter melted
Combine and press into bottom of spring-form pan.
Place in 350° preheated oven for 7 minutes.
Ingredients/Directions for Cheesecake:
3, 8oz packages of Cream cheese
1 1/2 cups Sugar
Mix until creamy.
Add: 2 tsp Banana Extract and 1/2 cup Heavy Cream.
Add: 4 large eggs one at a time.
Pour mixture over prepared crust.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Turn off oven but leave in for 10 additional minutes.
Take out; let cool completely.
Ingredients/Directions for Custard:
1 cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Salt
Combine dry ingredients.
Add: 1/2 can Evaporated Milk, 2 eggs slightly beaten, in sauce pan low heat, 2 TBSP Butter, Other 1/2 Evaporated milk.
Pour in mixture.
Stir continuously until thickened.
Spread over completely cooled cheesecake. Be generous.
Garnish with whipped cream and vanilla wafer crumbles.
