Lemon, coconut, butter, rum, & almond extracts  

2 sticks salted butter 

5 large eggs 

2-3 cups sugar  

½ cup oil 

1 cups Milk 

3 cups sifted all purpose or Swans Down Cake Flour 

1 tsp. baking powder  



Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bring your eggs and butter to room temperature. Add each ingredient into a mixing bowl one at a time and combine well. Pour into Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. 



1 cup confectioners sugar 

½ tsp of each flavor (lemon, coconut, butter, rum & almond) 

1 tbsp of milk
