3 cups sugar
3 cups flour or Cake Flour
2 sticks unsalted butter
½ cup butter flavor solid crisco
6 eggs
¾ cup 7UP
1 teaspoon lemon flavor extract
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon butter flavor extract

Glaze Ingredients:
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/4 Cup Drink Mix (Country Time Lemonade)
3 Tablespoons warm water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

*Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
*Preheat oven to 325°F.
*Cream together sugar, butter and Crisco until light and fluffy.
*Add flour and eggs alternately to the mixture and mix.(1/2 Cup of flour per egg)
*Add all the extracts mix for 2 minutes then add 7-Up and mix until everything is well-combined.
*Spray Bundt Pan with non stick Spray with flour.
*Pour mixture into the Bundt pan and let batter rest in pan for 3 minutes before putting in the oven to bake.
*Bake at 325ºF for 55 to 60 minutes.(Check for doneness at the 52 minute baking time by inserting skewer stick or skinny long knife in the middle, if it comes out clean it’s done. If not give more baking time checking periodically).

Glaze Directions:
Dissolve 1 1/4 cup drink mix in 3 tablespoons warm water and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/2 teaspoon butter extract in medium bowl. Stir in powdered sugar with wire whisk until well blended.

**Carbonated Fruit Drink can be substituted for any fruit flavored carbonated drink. As long as you changed the flavor of the fruit extract and Drink Mix to match the Carbonated Fruit Drink flavor. Example: Orange Crush replaces 7Up, Orange extract replaces Lemon extract, and Orange Drink Mix flavor replaces Lemon Drink Mix
