2 1/2 Cup of Sugar
1 Cup of Butter
1/4 Cup of Shortening
4oz of Cream Cheese
3 Cups of All-Purpose Flour
5 Large Eggs
1 Cup of Sour Cream
1/4 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
2 Teaspoons of Lemon Extract
1 Cup of Frozen Blue Berries

Preheat Oven to 325 degrees
Add Butter, Sugar, Shortening, Cream Cheese in the mixer and beat until fluffy
Add 5 Large Eggs 1 at a time making sure the egg is completely blended into the batter before adding the next egg
Sift 3 Cups of All-Purpose Flour, 1/4 Teaspoon of Baking Soda, 1/4 Teaspoon of Baking Powder together and set aside
Add dry ingredients and sour cream into the batter alternating them until they are completely blended
Add the Lemon Extract to your batter
Fold the blueberries into the batter until they are evenly distributed
Grease your Bundt Cake pan
Pour you batter into you pan evenly
Bake your cake batter on 325 degrees for 55 minutes
