2 eggs
2 sticks of melted butter
6 whole apples (cut in medium pieces)
1 ¼ cup of Domino® Light Brown Sugar (Get coupons:
1 package of dry yeast
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup of warm water
2 tsp vanilla
3 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
2 ½ cups flour + 4 tablespoons flour + 1 ¼ cup Flour

Note: If you are short of time, you may substitute home-made cinnamon roll batter with refrigerator cinnamon rolls.

-Mix flour, yeast and sugar with a fork.
-Place two eggs in a small bowl. Stir vigorously until smooth.
-Stir eggs into flour mixture.
-Add 1 cup of warm water
-Stir in 1 stick of melted butter
-Cover with towel and allow to rise at least 2 hours.
-In a separate bowl, combine apples, sugar and 4 tablespoons of flower. Stir until evenly distributed.
-In another bowl, combine 1 ¼ cup flour 1 ½ cup brown sugar, vanilla and 1 stick of melted butter.
-Stir until mixtures appear to “crumble.”
-Place cinnamon roll batter in pan,
-Layer with cinnamon and a thin layer of granulated sugar
-Place apple mixture on top of cinnamon roll batter
-Generously sprinkle brown sugar and flour mixture over apples.
-Bake at 350 for approximately 35 – 35 minutes (oven times may vary).
-Remove from oven and top with your favorite French vanilla ice cream and caramel syrup.
