Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
9-inch spring form Pan

Ingredients for Crust:
2 Cups Crushed graham crackers
1 Stick of Unsalted Butter Melted
2 TBS Sugar
¼ tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
In a small bowl mix all ingredients together until completely combined. Pour graham cracker mixture into pan covering entire bottom and press down firmly then set aside.

Ingredients for Cheesecake:
3 8 ounce pkg Cream Cheese (softened/room temperature)
3 Eggs
2 Cups Sugar
½ Cup Sour Cream
¼ Cup Heavy Cream
¼ Cup All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions:
1. Using an electric mixer, mix together the cream cheese, eggs, sour cream and sugar for about 3 minutes until smooth, then add flour and mix together until completely combined.
2. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract and mix together for about 1 minute.
3. Pour cream cheese mixture into pan and bake for 45 minutes then turn off oven and allow to sit in oven for about 30 minutes before removing.
4. Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 1 hour at room temperature. Then place in the refrigerator to finish cooling for about 2 hours.

Ingredients for Turtle Topping:
½ Cup Caramel (favorite store brand or homemade)
½ Cup Chocolate Syrup (favorite Store brand)
2 Cups Candied Pecans (add pecans, 3 TBS butter, and 3 TBS of brown sugar to a saucepan and cook for about 3-5 minutes until everything has melted and combined)

Directions:
Remove cheesecake from refrigerator and spread caramel and chocolate on cheesecake. Top with the pecans and store in the refrigera🌈tor until served.
