1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
4 cans of peaches in heavy syrup
2-2 pk refrigerated pie crust
3 tblsp melted butter

• Pre-heat oven on 350.
• Open 4 cans of peaches and place in a medium size sauce pan. Add sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg cooking on medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• Spray 13×9 baking pan.
• Roll out pie crust, stretch and place 2 whole pie crust in the pan, stretching so they fit the pan evenly. Slice the other pie crust in strips like a basket weave so they fit the pan.
• Heat butter and brush on top before placing in the oven.
• Bake at 350 for one hour or until golden brown.
