Cake Ingredients:
2 2/3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda 
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup unsalted butter soften
1 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon extract
1/2 tsp butter extract

Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Mix well. Add milk, then eggs, vanilla, lemon, and butter extract. In another bowl, sift the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder together. Now, add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix well. Add coconut and pecans and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees in a flour and greased blunt pan for a 1 1/2 hours or until tooth pick comes out clean.

Icing Ingredients:
2 cups Powdered sugar
4 tbsp Milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Coconut flakes
Pecans

Directions:
Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Add some coconut flakes and pecans to mixture and pour and spread icing over the top of your cake. Enjoy!
