Ingredients for cake:
2 box yellow cake mix
1 banana cream pudding mix
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of banana Rum cream
1/2 cup of Rum of your choice
6 eggs
Directions for cake:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all of your dry ingredients in a mixer. Add all of your wet ingredients adding one egg at a time mixing until the batter is thoroughly mixed (do not overmix). This batter will make two to three layers depending on how thick you want your layers. Bake for 40 minutes.
Ingredients for frosting:
1 Cup of butter
1 8oz cream cheese
1 tbsp banana flavoring
2 tbsp of Rum
5 cups of powdered sugar
Directions for frosting:
Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add your powdered sugar. Add your banana flavoring and your rum.
