Ingredients for cake:
2 cups butter (salted)
3 cups white sugar
5 eggs
3 cups all purpose flour
1/1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
2 teaspoons lemon extract
1 teaspoon butter extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup 7UP

Ingredients for icing:
1 and 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
3 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon lemon extract

Directions:
Cream the butter for about 10 minutes or so with your mixer set to medium low until butter is fluffy. Add sugar one cup at a time mixing well until sugar is incorporated mixture will have a lighter color appearing grainy. Add eggs, one at a time while continually mixing stopping periodically scrapping the sides Add extracts mixing thoroughly (about 2-3 minutes low speeds).

Then add flour with pinch of salt one cup at a time, alternating between 7 up and dry ingredients starting and ending with flour. be careful not to over mix. Batter will be thick.

Pour into a well greased an floured bundt pan, and bake at 325 degrees for about 75 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.

Mix powdered sugar, lime juice and lemon extract in a small bowl set aside (may add lime juice to taste).

Once pan is cool enough to maneuver, flip over onto cake dish and then drizzle with glaze while still warm.
