Ingredients:Â
9 tbsp HERSHEY’S cocoa
4 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch
2 cups of sugar
1 cup boiling water
1 cup of evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick of butter
Directions:
Mix cocoa, cornstarch, sugar, and water. Bring to boil, then stir in the evaporated milk over medium heat. As it thickens, add the vanilla and butter. Spread on your favorite cake!
