3 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 cup buttermilk or 7UP soft drink
3 cups Swans Cake Flour
1 tbs. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
3 sticks grade A salted butter
*All of your ingredients need to be room temperature.

Start with butter. Add sugar and extracts. Next, add in your 5 eggs one at a time. Then add your flour and wet ingredients. Use a mixer to blend the ingredients. Pour into a bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 70 minutes.

Caramel Icing:
1 cup Domino® Light Brown Sugar (Get coupons: https://www.dominosugar.com/coupons)
1 stick grade A butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Icing Directions:
Simmer on low. Continue stirring until caramel color is achieved. Let pound cake cool completely before icing.
