Ingredients:
2-3 Golden Apples (depending on the size) skin peeled and apples sliced
½ cup light brown sugar
4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
2 sticks unsalted butter (room temp)
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt (sifted)
4 large eggs (room temp)
2 tsp baking powder (sifted)
3 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup milk (room temp)
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bundt pan with non-stick baking spray with flour. Mix together your 4 tbsp of melted butter and your light brown sugar. Spread brown sugar mixture evenly on the bottom on Bundt pan. Line the apple slices on top of the brown sugar. Begin making your cake batter. Cream your remaining two sticks of room temperature butter in a large bowl. Gradually add sugar and cream together until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each. Next, sift all of your dry ingredients together and add to wet ingredient mixture slowly alternating with milk (starting and ending with dry ingredients). Add in vanilla extract. Add batter to prepared pan by pouring cake batter on top of the apple and brown sugar mixture evenly. Bake 50-55 minutes in Bundt pan until toothpick clean.
