Every week, I will be sharing one of my favorite cooking or baking recipes. This week, it’s Sweet Potato Pie. 2 large eggs

3 Cups Canned Sweet Potatoes

1 cup Domino Granulated Sugar

1/2 cup Condensed Milk

1 tsp McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract

1/2 tsp McCormick Ground Cinnamon

1/2 tsp McCormick Ground Nutmeg

1 9″ Pillsbury Pie Crust



Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In your mixing bowl, add your eggs, baked sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Mix on low for about 20 seconds or until well combined. Next, line your pie dish with your pie crust and then pour your pie filling from the mixing bowl into the prepared pie crust. Next, place your pie on the middle rack in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for an hour and ten minutes (make sure the center has set). After that, be sure to let your pie cool completely for about 2 hours. Enjoy your sweet potato pie! Be sure to store your pie in an airtight container or wrap it in plastic wrap and store in a cool dry place for up to three days or up to a week in the refrigerator.
