1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup rum
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
Mix all ingredients and place in pan sprayed with oil and flour (instead of using oil and flour, I use a can of bakers joy). Bake it for 45 minutes to one hour on 350. Let cool for about 15 minutes in pan, then cool cake on cooling rake. I usually put some glaze over cake while it’s still hot in the pan and then I put glaze over cooled cake.
