Ingredients:
2 Cups of Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
2 Teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
One 15 ounces can of Libby’s Pumpkin 100% pumpkin puree
1 ½ cup of Domino Sugar
½ cup of Crisco vegetable oil
4 tablespoons of unsalted Land O’Lakes butter, melted
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 large eggs

 
Directions:
• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
• Mix flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl.
• Mix 100% pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, butter, vanilla, and egg together.
• Add Flour to the pumpkin mixture and mix until combined.
• Fill six nonstick donut pans with batter until almost full, smooth the edges with a wet finger.
• Bake for 15 minutes or toothpick insertion, and the center comes out clean. Invert donuts and let cool.
• For the topping, mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Brush each donut with melted butter and dip into a cinnamon-sugar mix. Serve warm or room temperature.
