3 Cups Flour
1 & 1/2 Cups Domino® Light Brown Sugar
1 & 1/2 Cups Domino® Granulated Sugar
6 Eggs
3 Sticks butter
1 Cup Milk
1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Rum Extract
Directions
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour and milk. Mix well. Add rum and vanilla extract. Bake at 350 for 1.5 hours.
Pecan Pie Filling Ingredients
2 tbsp. Flour
2/3 Cups Water
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Domino® Light Brown Sugar
3/4 Cups Chopped Pecans
1 & 1/2 tbsp. Butter
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/4 tsp Rum Extract
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add butter.
Frosting Ingredients
8 oz. Cream Cheese
4 tbsp. Butter
1 Cup Domino® Light Brown Sugar
1 & 1/2 Cup Domino® Confectioners Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Rum Extract
