It’s going down in my kitchen today! I made my Lemon Cream Cheese Pound Cake, and now it’s your turn to give it a try! 👍🏾 



1 ½ cups Land O’Lakes butter, soft 

3 cups Domino Sugar 

1 (8 ounce) Philadelphia Cream Cheese 

1 ½ teaspoons McCormick Lemon extract 

6 large eggs 

3 cups Gold Medal Flour All Purpose 



  1. Beat butter and cream cheese for about two minutes.
  2. Gradually add sugar beating another five minutes.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat just until yellow disappears.
  4. Add Lemon Extract.
  5. Gradually add flour, mixing on LOW speed until blended.
  6. Grease and flour a 10” tube pan.
  7. Bake at 325F for 90 minutes or until center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool 10 minutes and then turn from pan.
