Every week, I will be sharing one of my favorite cooking or baking recipes. This week, it’s Brown Sugar Pecan Cinnamon Rolls. ¼ cup of melted Land O’Lakes unsalted butter
½ cup of light brown Domino Sugar
¼ cup of Granulated White Domino Sugar
½ cup of Diamond Nuts chopped pecans
2 sheet package of Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Heat oven to 375°F. Unfold a sheet of puff pastry onto a cutting board. Mix ¼ cup of melted unsalted butter, ¼ cup of white sugar, ½ cup of light brown sugar, ½ cup of chopped pecans and 1 tsp. ground cinnamon. Spray flat sheet with PAM Cooking Spray. Roll-up and cut evenly and place on baking pan. Bake until the pastry is puffed and golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and immediately invert onto a baking sheet. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
