3 sticks butter
3 cups sugar
cream together for 20 min.
add 5 eggs, one at a time
add 3 cups flour
2 teaspoons lemon extract
Fold in ¾ cup of 7 up

Pour into well greased 12 cup Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 ¼ hours — may require a few minutes more, so be sure and check with a toothpick.
