Ingredients:
2 cups grits
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup shredded gouda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 lbs medium shrimp
1 tomato diced
1/2 bell pepper diced
1/4 cup sweet yellow onion
1/2 pre-cooked collard greens
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup Le’Chef Amours Haute BBQ Sauce
4 tbsp salted butter
